Delivery

Free delivery throughout Switzerland

All orders are delivered free of charge. 

We charge a surcharge of 9CHF for certain product categories when the total order is equal or less than 50CHF. This is a minimum quantity supplement.

Order today before 5 pm and get the delivery the next business day

Products that are in stock and ordered before 5 pm (Monday to Friday) are usually shipped on the same day and will be with you the next business day.    

Swiss specialist in home automation since 2010 we always keep substantial stocks and virtually all deliveries are despatched on the day of order.

Delivery abroad

We deliver abroad, in principle with UPS. Delivery in Europe usually takes between 3 and 5 days. 

ATTENTION!!! Switzerland is not a member of the EU. We therefore invoice excluding VAT. At the time of delivery, the carrier will charge you in addition the VAT of your country (for example 20% of the value of your order) as well as possible customs fees. By validating your order you commit yourself to pay these in their entirety. 

Collection

Collection from our Salavaux store

Orders can be collected from our Salavaux store. You can choose the “in-store collection” delivery method when you place your order online. The system will then ask you to choose a pick-up slot. Please note that if your order contains a product that is not available in stock, it will not be delivered to you. You will be able to pick up products that are in stock. .
