Then this is the right service for you. It allows you to benefit from personalized services, carried out by experts in home automation, computing and multimedia.

Studying your needs and the different solutions available on the market will allow you to go in the right direction and avoid wasting time and money.

This service consists of a 30 minutes credit. Our technician will answer your pre-sales technical questions and will be able to provide you with a personalized advice, by phone, split screen or email.

Service available in French, Swiss-German, German and English, by appointment from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00.

Once the package is purchased, you will receive an email with a link to book one of our technicians. The system will display the availability of our technicians and you can then simply choose the time slot that suits you. The intervention is usually scheduled for the next business day.

These services are available for products purchased from us or not, as long as they are listed on our site.

If the intervention requires a remote control, it is done through the secure software Zoho Assist.

• The package must be ordered and paid on site before the service is performed.
• Time is charged by the minute.
• The package can be recharged by purchasing a new pack.
• A package started is considered as used. It cannot be refunded, even partially.
• It is your responsibility to book your service via the link that will be sent to you automatically after your order.
• Once the service is booked online, you will receive an email containing our phone number so that you can reach us.
• This service excludes home visits.
• The service can be carried out within 1 to 7 days following your contact (depending on our workload).
