Terms and Conditions related to the loyalty and referral program

Placing an order with Swiss-Domotique entitles you to loyalty points. Loyalty points are added to your customer account as soon as an order is validated (status shipped or delivered).

Once the order is shipped, these points can be converted into a voucher to be used on a future order. The minimum amount required to convert rewards into a voucher is CHF 10.00.

The voucher is valid for 6 months. This period may not be extended under any circumstances.

If an order were to be modified or cancelled, loyalty points or the value of the voucher would be reassessed accordingly. If the voucher has already been used, the discount unduly received must be refunded.

Loyalty points are only available for orders placed through our internet shop. 

If the amount of the voucher exceeds the total value of the order, the remaining balance is lost.

The loyalty and referral program may be suspended or modified at any time by Swiss-Domotique (SDDS Sàrl). We reserve the right to cancel rewards in the event of abuse or fraud.

This program does not apply to discounted schools.
