Note: although no payment data is stored on our website, we have chosen to secure our online shop with an Extended Validation type SSL Certificate. This certificate assures you that our website is reliable and that the identity of our company has been verified and authenticated according to the highest industry standards.  

 

Accepted forms of payment 

 

Cash

You can pay cash when you pick up your order at one of our branches. 

 

TWINT

It is also possible to pay with Twint in our branches and in our online-shop. With the TWINT application, you pay for your purchases quickly, simply and without cash. Twint SA is supported by Postfinance. You don't have to be a Postfinance customer to use this form of payment.   

 

Invoicing (Powerpay)

Order, receive your goods and then pay on invoice within 14 days through our billing partner Powerpay.

If you pay the invoice in full within 14 days of receiving the invoice, no fees will be charged. In case of partial payments (installment payments), a minimum of 10% of the invoice amount must be paid. Partial payments are subject to interest and costs.  

A credit check will be performed immediately. The acceptance or rejection of the payment of your order is done in real time. In case of refusal, only MF Group AG. can justify this decision to you.

If you want to use this payment method, please make sure that your billing address is exactly the same as the delivery address and that you are at least 18 years old. 

When you choose to pay by invoice, Powerpay will take over the invoice debt and process the payment terms. You are therefore obliged to pay the purchase price and any costs and interest. The use of POWERPAY is reserved for natural persons who are of legal age, have full civil rights and a regular income, and are resident in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. Invoicing (for public institution)

Public institution customers are delivered by invoicing after an assessment of the credit risks. 

 

Visa, American Express, Mastercard

Pay directly with your favourite credit card through the Postfinance secure platform. This form of payment is only available online. 

 

Postfinance Pay 

Make convenient, secure payments with PostFinance Pay – the payment method where all you need is your PostFinance App. PostFinance Pay replaces the previous “PostFinance Card” and “PostFinance e-finance” payment methods.

Here’s how it works: Choose PostFinance Pay as your payment method at the checkout, and open the PostFinance App with your usual login details. All you have to do now is simply confirm the payment – and with that your purchase is made!

 

Postfinance (Postfinance or E-Finance Card)

This form of payment allows you to pay for your order using your Postfinance card or E-Finance access. This form of payment is only available online. 

 

Paypal

Paypal is a very effective and convenient form of payment. It is safe, simple and fast and therefore very widespread on the Internet.

But if you do not have a PayPal account, no problem: you can also make credit card payments on the PayPal platform. The process is completely confidential and secure. The fee charged is 2% of the total amount. 

This form of payment is only available online. 

 

Advance payments

You are asked to make advance payments to our postal account. Your order will be processed upon receipt of the amount due.
