Presentation

This pack allows you to benefit from personalized services, carried out by experts in home automation, IT and multimedia.

30-minute support pack by phone, remote handling (Zoho Assist), or email.

Service available in French, Swiss-German, German and English, by appointment from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00.

Once the pack is purchased, you will receive an email with a link allowing you to book one of our technicians. The system will display the availability of our technicians and you can then simply choose the time slot that suits you. The intervention is usually planned for the next working day.

 

The services offered are:

  • Distance learning
  • Assistance in the commissioning and configuration of home automation boxes, IP cameras, video doormen, alarm systems, autonomous products (dingz, Shelly, etc.)
  • Firmware update (OTA) update
  • Help with scenario creation *
  • IT services (port forwarding, Dyndns for remote access, etc.).
  • Configuration of IP cameras and video doormen.
  • Other services on request (contact us to validate the feasibility).

 

These services are available for products purchased from us or not, as long as they are listed on our site.

If the intervention requires remote handling, it is carried out using the secure Zoho Assist software.

 

* Scenario creation assistance is offered in graphical mode, for the following home automation controllers:

  • Time is counted by the minute.
  • The package can be recharged via the purchase of a new pack.
  • A package started is considered to be used. It cannot be reimbursed, even partially.

Bonjour,

Vous nous avez acheté en 2022 un téléphonie SIP mais vous n'aviez pas les compétences en interne pour le configurer. Nous vous avons proposé de le rembourser avec une déduction pouvant se situer entre 10-20% en fonction de l'état car le produit n'étant pas neuf, il devait alors être vendu d'occasion. Vous avez refusé et avez opté pour 30 minutes de support technique.
Nous avons eu votre collègue, M. Wenziker au téléphone, et avons étudié avec lui l'état de votre infrastructure pour découvrir au final que vous ne vous étiez pas assuré au d'avoir au préalable l'infrastructure informatique permettant d'utiliser correctement ce téléphone, ni d'avoir en interne les ressources techniques pour effectuer un paramétrage correct. A noter également que vous étiez sensé revenir vers nous en nous indiquant si vous possédiez ou non un contrat auprès d'un provider SIP compatible avec l'app que vous utilisez (64characters) mais nous n'avons jamais reçu de retour de votre part.
