This package gives you a personalised service provided by home automation, IT and multimedia experts.

A package offering 15 minutes of assistance by telephone, TeamViewer remote screen sharing or email.

Service available by appointment, 9 am - 12 noon and 2 pm to 5pm, Monday to Friday, in English, French, German and Swiss German.

  • Start-up and configuration assistance
  • OTA firmware updates
  • Assistance in creating scenarios *
  • IT services (redirecting ports, etc.)
  • Configuring IP cameras and video intercom
  • Other services upon request (contact us to check if it is possible)  

These services are available for products purchased from us or elsewhere, provided that we stock them on our website. 

If the service requires remote access, we use the secure software TeamViewer. 

 

* Assistance in creating scenarios is available in graphics mode, for the following home automation controllers:

  • Fibaro Home Center 2
  • Fibaro Home Center Lite
  • eedomus
  • Homey and Homey PRO
  • Zipabox
  • Vera

We have been specialising in home automation products and connected devices since 2010. Our many years of experience make us the Swiss leader in the connected home market, providing home automation equipment for more than 2500 homes across Switzerland in 2018. 

We have always been service oriented and our technical team is made up of systems engineers and technicians who able to handle your requirements in English, French German and Swiss German. 

 

General Service Conditions

  • The service package must be ordered and paid for online before the service is provided

  • The time is calculated to the nearest minute
  • The service can be topped up by purchasing a new package.
  • Once started, the package is considered to be spent. No refunds, even partial, will be given
  • Clients can request a call back on their landline. We can also be reached on +41 21 519 01 79 (calls charged to the client)
  • This service does not include home visits
  • You must contact us my email or telephone to schedule the service time
  • The service may be provided within 1-7 days of your initial contact (depending on our workload)
  • The service is provided at your own risk. SDDS Sàrl takes no responsibility for any direct or indirect consequences of this service under any circumstances.
