The energy meter is installed in the electric panel and monitors the total amount of electricity consumed. Its intelligent clamp reports real-time energy usage in wattage or kilowatt-hours to your Z-Wave gateway or controller. You can thus see the amount of electricity you really use and when you use it.

Fantastic wireless range
It offers the same exceptional wireless communication found in all Z-Wave+ products from Aeotec. In fact, when perfectly positioned, the energy meter will be able to communicate your consumption data to Z-Wave devices up to 100 meters away.
