The Shelly Door Window sensor 2 is a battery powered Wifi opening sensor. It allows to be notified in case of opening or closing of a door or window.
A real concentrate of technology, it is also equipped with a temperature sensor, a light sensor (LUX), a tilt sensor and a vibration sensor. Its 2 CR123 batteries (not included) give it between 1 and 2 years of autonomy.

Very good product for Door open state detection
I used this to detect open states of my garage door and it works pretty well.
The REST API etc. is similar good to the other Shelly products. In my case everything is integrated with Node Red and MQTT.
The only minus point is maybe the distance between the sensor and the device.
For normal doors and windows this is maybe not an issue, but when you have industry doors or garage doors you might not have the possibility to mount the devices that precisely.
The space between the sensor and the device is maximum around 1-2cm to detect the closed state.
