The Z-Wave Plus motion detector PSP05-D from Philio can be used both indoors and outdoors. It is supplied with a magnetic mount fitting for easy installation and also includes a lens cover to enable you to exclude an area from the motion detector if so wished.
The PSP05-D motion sensor from Philio will detect movements up to 12 metres away. J'en ai 2 que j'utilise en extérieur pas eu de problème malgré un grande portée le Z-wave plus faite bien sont taf !

Information : le capteur est aimanté et sa base se colle avec de l'adhésif (sur une surface plane). Il n'est donc pas vissé, ce qui a ses avantages et ses inconvénients. Bien que l'ayant placé à l'extérieur (abrité), je n'ai pas testé son étanchéité; j'espère aussi qu'il résistera aux températures froides.
Le capteur a été reconnu facilement par le contrôleur Z-Wave (une clé USB Aeotec), mais j'ai dû adapter un paramètre Z-Wave pour le faire fonctionner dans une installation Jeedom (paramètre 7 à passer à la valeur 22 recommandée). Une fois cette modification faite, le capteur fonctionne très bien.
Bon à savoir : au contraire des capteurs Aeotec, il renvoie immédiatement (dans les 2-3 secondes) une valeur de "non-mouvement" (0) si aucun mouvement n'est détecté (chez Aeotec, le capteur reste en état de "mouvement" pendant 240 secondes).
Fonctionne bien, pas de prob d'étanchéité
Connecté sur ma eedomus sans souci. Installé dans le jardin pour allumer une lampe automatiquement lors de passage. Fonctionne bien, je l'ai "fixé" avec l'aimant intégré ce qui m'a permis de bien l'ajuster pour une détection optimale. Pas d'allumage intempestifs (pluie, ou branches).
Cannot include in network
Nice design, but I'm unable to include the PSP05 into my is Z-Wave network using an Aeon Labs Z-Stick Series 2. There appears to be no communication between the 2 even when right next to each other. I do not have any problems with the stick including other devices.
Has anyone been able to include the PSP05 using the Z-Stick?

It's always better to start by an exclusion. It will reset the device and allow you to make the inclusion.
