Passive infrared sensor technology for reliable motion and occupancy detection
The Milesight WS202 PIR and light sensor offers reliable motion and occupancy detection thanks to its passive infrared sensor technology. The device is designed to detect movement up to 8 metres away and is battery-powered, allowing quick and easy installation in a wide range of spaces, from smart homes to offices and warehouses.
The device also features a light sensor that can detect changes in lighting and trigger connected sensors or devices via Milesight's LoRaWAN® gateway. By connecting this device to the Milesight IoT Cloud solution, you can access all alarm information remotely via a web page or mobile app, making it an ideal choice for smart office solutions as well as large businesses looking to secure their premises.
Ideal for smart home and business security solutions
- PIR presence detection
- Brightness measurement
- LoRaWAN wireless
- Easy configuration (via NFC)
Automatic, intelligent lighting control
By integrating Milesight WS202 with Milesight Smart Switch or other LoRaWAN® lighting control devices, lights can be switched on/off automatically when people enter or leave the space.
Precise detection of human presence
The combination of PIR detection and luminosity measurement enables the Milesight WS202 to easily identify whether an indoor space is occupied or unoccupied.
