iRidi KNX UMC Integration Server - your custom home automation.

In terms of functionality UMC Integration Server sits between up to UPC PRO and KNX Home Server solutions. It integrates a little less protocols than UMC PRO but just like the latter, it allows to create beautiful and 100% customizable interfaces.

Optimize the budget

UMC Integration Server is an all-in-one KNX IP gateway and server. Thanks to it you will be able to manage your KNX home automation, Modbus, Z-Wave etc as well as your multimedia, your video doormen and IP cameras, voice control, remote control and much more.

Interfaces with a unique design

Does your customer want a tailor-made interface that is perfectly adapted to their needs? iRidi Studio allows you to create customizable interfaces adapted to each need.

Impressive customizable interfaces

iRidi makes it possible to create beautiful interfaces. If you don't want to design your own interface, select an interface that's already ready from the iRidi catalog.

And your home gets smart

Automating the daily routine is the reason why customers choose smart homes. The UMC Integration server has built-in tools to quickly create basic logic: schedules, scenes, block diagrams, data exchange between equipment.

JS is used for complicated scenes.

Liked by users

Integrators often use iRidi interfaces as a great selling point. They present models or interfaces developed by partners or create their own styles with a designer. Control from a shot or photo, copying the interface of another app, complicated diagrams, animation, trends, JS are just some of the things that the visualization app can do.

Provides security

The visualization application works on the local network without internet access, which is suitable for high-security installations. If remote control is required, the encrypted connection via the iRidi cloud is established in one click, the cloud works without redirection or white IP address.

Time saving

The iRidi cloud stores the interfaces and a server configuration of your objects. Thus, you can download updates thousands of miles away from your client. It only has to download the update.

From the apartment to the museum

It doesn't matter what task you are given to automate an apartment, office or car. The visualization application allows you to create a suitable control interface and you can gather all the necessary equipment with KNX in a single system and define the logic on the server.

A server adapted to each request

UMC Integration Server runs on different platforms that have different physical interfaces and power. It makes it possible to optimize the budget by choosing a suitable server for each project. And the settings remain the same for all servers.

Here is an example of 3 different platforms to choose from depending on the size of your project:

  • iRidi Server UMC: for residential home automation and commercial installations. It integrates an IP/KNX gateway and attaches to the board.
  • iRidi Server NUC: for complicated and large projects.
  • iRidi Server RPi: for small projects

A universal and multi-protocol solution

Drivers for professional systems are written in C++, their work is fast and stable.

iRidi is a universal gateway. Thanks to it, there is no need to use different hardware gateways from one system to another.

Here are some protocols compatible with iRidi:

  • KNX
  • Z-Wave
  • Modbus
  • 1-Wire
  • Global Hidden
  • Intesis
  • Samsung TV
  • LG TV
  • Bluesound
  • Tion
  • Sonos
  • Yamah
  • PJLink
  • Wake-on-LAN
  • SNMP
  • MQTT
  • SIP

Modules JavaScript

Modules for AV equipment and popular IoT devices are examples of possible drivers for controlling equipment.

To use JS modules in your projects, knowledge of JS scripts is necessary but thanks to it, your possibilities are endless.

Example of existing JS modules:

  • Bluesound
  • Bose Sound Touch
  • doorbird
  • ekey
  • MyHome
  • Philips Hue
  • Satel
  • Sqeezebox
  • etc..

Voice control

iRidi allows you to integrate your home automation with voice assistants.

Integration with IP cameras

Video streams from all modern IP cameras, ONVIF and PTZ camera rotation control are supported.

Charts and trends

Numerous possibilities for data visualization.

Intercom

Audio and video streams, as well as opening doors, are supported. Mobotix, Siedle, 2N, TrueIP, BusIP, doorbird intercoms, etc. are successfully integrated. Call notifications are sent to a panel (smart phone) in any part of the world.

iRidi Script

Built-in JavaScript and iRidi APIs allow you to create advanced visualizations, drivers to integrate third-party devices, complex project and server work logics, graphs and trends. The data is processed by the iRidi server.

Notifications

Many notifications are available:

  • Push
  • SMS
  • email
  • messengers (Telegram, Viber, Slack)
  • phone call (via SIP)

BYOD (Bring your own device)

Are you creating solutions for hotels, offices and meeting rooms? - BYOD allows your guests to control a hotel room or meeting room from their own mobile device with a time limit.

Data exchange

The iRidi server allows you to define the exchange of data from KNX to other systems and vice versa.

Control your multiroom audio and multimedia equipment

Sonos speakers can not only be controlled from within the app, but also used in scenes, routines, and macros. The setting is easy, just enter the IP address and the widget is ready to go.

iRidi is compatible with a wide variety of audio and multimedia equipment thanks to drivers (Bluesound, Bose Sound Touch, Samsung Smart TV, Sonos, Sweezebox, etc.)

Secure remote control

Remote control ensures a quick reaction in case of an emergency - the house is online, wherever you are.
For security reasons, remote control only works via a cloud. There is no need to keep ports open or pay for a "white" IP address. The data is not stored in the cloud, it is only sent, and all connections are outgoing, so hidden from an observer.

Unlimited number of control panels

A homeowner can add new users without increasing the price of a license. For example, guests can control a home from their mobile devices. A device used to access the iRidi interface is considered a panel.
The status of the devices is updated instantly on the panels.

User control

User access rights settings are flexible. They allow an installer to delegate certain tasks to the user if the homeowner wants to change certain things:

  • administration of new users;
  • the configuration of the structure of the server and the house;
  • logics;
  • the configuration of the room interface and the main page;
  • the types of notifications (PUSH and email).

Simpler projects?

Your projects don't require complex multi-protocol environments or highly customizable interfaces? The iRidi KNX Home Server solution is for you.
