Akuvox - Akuvox Cloud account creation

To receive calls from your Akuvox door phone on your Smartphone using the Akuvox Smartplus application, or to manage your door phone remotely, you need to use the Akuvox cloud. This requires you to create an account. As an official Akuvox supplier, we are authorized to carry out all the technical and administrative procedures required to create your Akuvox account. By purchasing your products from an unofficial supplier, you run the risk of being unable to use the cloud and its functions.

Please note:

• This service is only useful for people who have not purchased their Akuvox product from us. For our customers, this service is free of charge.
• If your product has not been purchased from us or from one of our reseller partners (official resellers), we cannot guarantee that activation will be possible, as this will depend on the actions taken upstream by the merchant who supplied you with the goods. If creation proves impossible, only 50% of the cost of the item will be refunded, the remainder being retained to cover part of our costs.
• This service does not include the license to use the cloud. If you have purchased an Akuvox screen from an official supplier, you will also receive a lifetime license. Otherwise, you will need to purchase a lifetime license separately (one-off purchase) or pay for the monthly license directly from the manufacturer.
