Akuvox - Akuvox Cloud account creation
Do you want to receive calls and control your Akuvox products via the cloud? Opt for this service, and we will create a Cloud Akuvox account for you.
Attention:
- This service is only useful for those who did not purchase their Akuvox product from us. For our customers, this service is free.
- If your product was not purchased from us or one of our reseller partners (official resellers), we cannot guarantee that activation will be possible, as it will depend on the actions taken by the merchant who supplied you with the goods. If account creation is not possible, only 50% of the amount for this item will be refunded, with the rest retained to cover part of our costs.
- This service does not include the license for cloud usage. If you purchased an Akuvox screen from an official supplier, the lifetime license will also be offered to you. Otherwise, you will need to purchase a lifetime license separately (one-time purchase) or pay for a monthly license directly from the manufacturer.
- Customers who have purchased Akuvox equipment from our company also benefit from our support for administrative issues related to the Akuvox cloud account (account deactivation, lost password, etc.). For others, this service is billed at the current hourly rate.
Being able to receive calls from your Akuvox intercom on your smartphone via the Akuvox Smartplus app or managing your intercom remotely requires the use of the Akuvox cloud. This means that an account needs to be created for you. As an official Akuvox supplier, we are authorized to handle all the technical and administrative tasks necessary for the creation of your Akuvox account. Purchasing your products from an unofficial supplier runs the risk of rendering you unable to use the cloud and its features.
Operation
- Once this product is purchased, you will automatically receive an email inviting you to fill out a form (intercom project description).
- Complete the form so that we have all the necessary information to create your Akuvox account.
- Once the form is completed, our technical team will process your request within 2 business days. If cloud account creation is not possible, we will immediately cancel your order and refund 50% of the amount paid (within 1 to 7 days). If account creation is possible, your account will be created within this 2-business-day period. You will then receive an email from Akuvox with your access data (please check your Spam folder).
