Humidity
Whether managing airflow in living spaces or steam in showers, aërQ technology measures the relative humidity of a space between 0% and 80% and with an accuracy of ± 3%.

Dew point
Comfort and dew point go hand in hand. Too low and the skin can become irritated. Too high and you won't cool off on a hot day. The aërQ technology measures the dew point of a space in the same range as it measures its relative humidity.

Mold
A compatible home automation controller can use aërQ technology to test for potential poor air quality and warn of the likelihood of mold spores forming.

Understanding and intelligence, wherever you need it. The aërQ temperature and humidity sensor is small. Really small. At 35 mm wide, it's only slightly larger than a button cell. It was designed this size to fit almost anywhere you need to measure temperature and humidity, and to analyze certain attributes of air health. Its accuracy and focus allow it to enhance the measurements your automation systems receive from other sensors, while its size allows multiple sensors to be discreetly installed in large rooms.

Designed in Germany around a single, inexpensive CR2477 button cell battery, the aërQ temperature and humidity sensor uses Gen7 and S2 ultra-low-power Z-Wave technologies to run for up to 2 years before needing to change its battery. And changing the battery is a breeze: simply separate the two pieces, recycle the existing battery and slide in a new one. The aërQ temperature and humidity sensor will be in place and measuring again in a few moments.
